I have lower back pain and strong cramping. My period isn't due for another week and a half. What could be wrong?

It is almost impossible to say what is happening or what could be wrong. Could be PMS, could be a neurological issue, could be the chair that you're using at work. It could even be an early period. Have you gone to your doctor?
