I recently took a pregnancy test and it was positive for the past few days I have been spotting on and off then it stopped now I'm bleeding but only when I stand up if I stay laying down or sit I don't bleed I'm not in any pain just a little sore on my lower right side near my pelvic what should I do to help until I get to a doctor
