I have type 2 diabetes. This morning my blood sugar was 132, at noon it was 351, at 2:55pm it was 391. Is this something to worry about?

This is absolutely something to be worried about. If you haven't taken your insulin, please do so, or go to your nearest ER.

That large a jump is certainly something to see a physician about.
