Could I be pregnant if the condom slip off me for afew minutes after ejaculation? I am fertile during that period.. 6 days after the incident, I was feeling rather fatigue, I had bad headaches and dark brown spotting that I thought was my period, which only lasted for a day... I took the pregnancy test on (day 10) but results were negative. What should I do now?

Unless you were 10 days late for your period... I'm not surprised the test results were negative. You really should be 14 days late for maximum effectiveness of the test. Also if you don't take it right after you wake up and ONLY the first time you pee that day... a negative result would be expected even if you were for quite a while.
With that said, yes pregnancy is possible even if it didn't slip off. Condoms are 80-83% effect WHEN USED CORRECTLY. Obviously in this situation its almost like not having used one at all.
Unless you have taken medical tests to termine ovulation... or kept a Basal Temp chart... you really don't know when your fertile period actually is, All women are not alike and they can differ significantly in when that period is in their cycle from woman to woman.

ANY time there is penile insertion there is a risk of pregnancy. No form of contraception is 100% effective. Improper use of contraception can increase the chance.
Ten days after you period was due will generally give an accurate result if the test was taken according to instructions. I would wait another week, take another test and if still no period see your doctor.

Hi,
Just as a note, most condom brands recommend intimidate withdrawal of the penis after ejaculation. After ejaculation the penis will start to go flaccid and there is, as you have experienced, a high risk of it falling off the penis and spilling the sperm in your vaginal canal. Which is pretty much equivalent to not using a condom whatsoever. As ScottGem suggested, I would wait a few more days and take another test. There is a decent chance that you might be pregnant, but it is hard to see whether or weird or absent period is because you're stressed about pregnancy or you're actually pregnant.
Good Luck.
