The music video was released in either 2014 or early 2015, I'm pretty sure that it was a dance music song (possibly from UK artists) and it had a very cute Female in it, who wore a skirt (or dress) and she was seductively dancing with it (and swaying the dress from side to side) while she sang and sat on the same seat as the Guy.
