Hi I am currently 35 weeks and 4 days pregnant. I just found out last week at 34 weeks and 2 days that I am breech and 4cm dilated. This is my second child, my first child was pre mature born at 35 weeks and very tiny. My question is if able to would I have an option to have an EVC at 35 weeks?

This is a question for your own medical practitioner as they have knowledge of your history.

ECV is typically done at the 37th week. At 35 weeks there is still a chance baby can rotate to the cephalic position on its own.

Know too, that ECV dies have some risks and is not always successful.

As J_9 said, an ECV is usually done at 37 weeks. Far enough to avoid being premature, early enough for there to be room to maneuver. While many babies will have turned by 34 weeks, even more will by 36.

You could try seeing a chiropractor who is trained in the Webster Technique. I've worked with several women for whom it helped baby to turn.

Slant positions, with hips and legs elevated, are also sometimes suggested... as long as you do not have any blood pressure concerns. Check with your doctor if this might be an option for you to try. Can't hurt, might help.
