Its been hours of searching and I still cant find it over the years..
I am looking for the Titel of a music Video on YouTube I saw about 6(?) years ago.
The video is still in my hand and teases quite often.. Sadly the melody and even the voice (male of female, I don't know.. ) is completely gone..

It's a sad/dramatic song.
Its cartoon style / line drawing, but flawless like an animation
It is Black and white

Video Description:
There is a male cat with a 7 on his belly. He has a crush on a ladycat and he falls in love with her. But she just plays with him and one day, he comes to her house and find her with another cat, that only has a 1 on his belly, cheating on him.
The numbers on the stomach are showing, how many lives the cats have..
To be attractive like the other guy (with 1 life left) the main cat with 7 lives, jumps of a roof of a big building and every time he loses a life.

I cant remember the end of the music video, but I believe the main cat just leaves the woman, who's cheated on him, and lives happy with only 1 life.


I just want to find this song for the nostalgic moments and because of the old times..

If anyone has an idea, even if it is not correct, I would help me a lot to come a little bit closer to the song..
