My Honda accord windows won't work with the individual door switches , But they work fine with the remote function using the key. So the motors are OK , I tried changing the master switch , but still none of them would work. So it cant be a fuse? Right? Or the motors ? Any guesses?

There may be a problem with the Body Control Module (BCM). Get a wiring diagram for the electric windows and start troubleshooting. Always begin electronic diagnosing on a car by testing all under hood and under dash fuses with a test light or multi-meter--it only takes a couple of minutes and you need to start establishing a "baseline" of known good items.
