Hi,

Yes I know, down to the wire on taxes. Please help.

I am finished filing (But haven't sent in yet) my return on Turbo Tax. In 2006, I started working for a financial services company as an administrative assistant SUB for the front desk gal while she was on vacation for a month, before I started working as an assistant for an advisor at the same company. When paid, they explained they would be reporting me as a contractor-sub-temporary work for that month.

Along with my W-2's this is the 1st 1099-MISC form to file. It is a little over $1k. This is not a side business or anything, so I have nothing more to report then the nonemployee compensation I made.

I read online that I need to file a Schedule C, etc. What forms do I need to file and what do I fill out since again this is not my business, side business, etc.

Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!:D
