I have constant achy body, swelling in face, arms, hands, legs and feet. I have sores all around my chin and mouth area, not inside my mouth. I have pressure behind my eyes as well. Sometimes my urine smells very rancid. No one seems to know what is wrong with me, can you tell me what I should do next?
