My boyfriend is being harassed by his PO. His agent has caused him to lose 2 jobs, almost missed court on 3 different occasions because his agent didn't approve movement for him when he'd was on house arrest and is resubmitting him for house arrest again for no reason. And his agent is constantly telling him he's going to send him back, under no grounds... so we want to know what needs robe done to request a transfer.

Gee, poor thing.

He was on house arrest. Not vacation. Your boyfriends doesn't get to go where he wants when he wants. The PO doesn't HAVE to approve any movement. Best you keep your nose out of this because the PO does have the right to make it harder on him if you don't. He can also make it harder on him if he doesn't follow the rules to the letter.

YOU say no reason... fact is you may not know ALL the actual facts. The PO submits what he has... if the judge accepts it then he just might remain under house arrest. Of course... he is getting it easy now. He could be doing his time in jail.

Who do you think the PO's boss will believe? Or a judge? That's your ONLY options.

Hello Missy:

You're NOT required to live in a particular neighborhood.. So, MOVE. He'll get a new PO. Make sure it's far enough.
