I have about 35 acres of land filled with boulders that I'm trying to build on. Instead of blowing up the rocks I would like some other ideas on what can be done with these rocks maybe to even help create some jobs in my area and possibly save me some money on my project. Most importantly to know is that I'm working with permafrost.

Perhaps a challenging mountain bike trail with a few additions such as berms, etc?

You could try using the rocks as building material. Several jobs could be created shaping the boulders.

If you bought permafrost, it has to be a remote area.
I don't see any possible use for 35 acres of rock locally.
Your first concerns are water and power.

What kind of rocks are they?

I would find out what kind of boulders I had and if they had commercial value.
