Your lungs can hurt in your back or lower back. See a doctor immediately in case it's pneumonia. (Don't assume pneumonia, however - might be bad congestion going down into your lungs, but not bacterial infection.)

Lungs hurting could be from pleurisy, no I am not diagnosing. We can't do that. Get checked out by a doctor I instead of asking on line.
