It only happens with IE7 usage. It doesn't matter If I am watching videos, going in and out of web pages, or searching the web. I have to close out of IE7 and re open it to use it. Till it locks up again. The error just says NOT RESPONDING that is it.

Next time you run IE pull up the Task Manager (Ctrl + Alt + Del) and check the performance tab. If your CPU Usage is really high than your processor is too busy. This could be because your running more than one program at a time. If you're only running IE and your CPU usage is still high check to make sure your firewall is turned on. If you have antivirus software, update it, then run a full system scan. There are free program like Ad-Aware that can be useful if you don't have anything else.

If you know what your doing look at msconfig (using the run command type "msconfig") there you can edit your services and startup files that could also be slowing down your computer. But be careful, disabling the wrong files could harm your computer even more.

God Bless
