Not really sure where to categorize this, but I hope someone can help educate me on this topic. I learned back in school, that Native American Indian Males would tie a band on their leg either just under the knee cap, or just above it. I think it had something to do with power, or loyalty, or something like that... I tried looking it up on line, but couldn't really find any helpful info on specifically the topic of Native Americans tying bands around their leg for a specific reason. I really want to know the meaning behind why they did that. Then again, I could have it completely wrong... High school was a while back for me...
