I'm getting my taxes done on this Monday, the 16th, is that going to be to late?

The deadline for filing this year is on Tuesday, April 17. You must have it postmarked by midnight on 4/17

Generally, if 4/15 falls out on a Sunday, you get a one day reprieve. But this year the 16th is a holiday so you gat a 2 day repreive.
Why did you wait so long?

Agree with TheSavage. If you are due a refund, you have until 17 April 2010 to file and still claim the refund.
