I drank heavily for 4 and a half days culminating on Fri with 2 pints of gin ending at 9 pm. The other days were comparable in quantity possibly more. I had an EtG test the following Wed at 8 am (about 107 hrs after last drink). What might my chances be?

If you're normally not a heavy drinker, this was just one weekend of binge drinking, after 107 hours you should be fine. But that's just a guess. No one can tell you for sure what the outcome will be until you get the results.
