I am in the process of finishing our basement bathroom. I was with my plumber when he laid this out before the slab was poured. However that was 20 yrs ago and I need help determining if I've got everything I need ready to go.

I found the tub/shower drain (2 inch) in the back. He did a good job laying that out, looks like it just needs a trap. So I'm set for a 5ft shower.

Toilet appears to be where it should be. I'm assuming the 2 inch pipe behind it is for a vanity drain/vent?

Am I good to go if I connect the vanity with an AAV valve to that 2 inch drain?

Yup, good to go, however, you'll need to run the 2" pipe over and into the vanity...branch off for the sink and then install the AAV under the sink so it remains " readily accessible" per code requirement. You could also branch off the 2" pipe and run an 1.5" pipe into the vanity installing the AAV in the wall, BUT you would need to install an access panel in that case...again, so the AAV is "readily accessible" should the AAV fail and need to be replaced in the future. Make sense?

I would also suggest installing a clean out at the 2" pipe under the sink (or at pipe before it goes into concrete).
