Aslam u alikum

A company which name TIENS working in pakistan.If we purchase 35000 medicine from this company and then refer 3 more people who purchase this item then we will get commission and also when these 3 people refer more 3,3 people we will also get commission.Any person who join in our chain then we will get commission.If I'm not purchase medicine then I'm not able to get commission.
Is this earning Halal in Islam if it is against islamic rules please give me complete references from Quran and Hadith ?
