Model 665.1396k start button light does not light up. Other buttons light up, but cant start.

You could have a blown thermal fuse, but look at the capacitors. I bet you see that some are swelled up and therefore are bad. Replace the bad capacitors and you will be okay. The capacitors are bad because the insulating material is made from a formula stolen from the Japanese without the final and secret last step. This has caused a rash of failures in many appliances and electronic devices like TVs and radios. You will find that the bad capacitors are bad because they are shorted or open.
