I am a Mother of 2 - although my firstborn Son, died last year in October at 14 months old and then in December I gave birth to my Daughter, who is now 7 months old. I am exclusively breastfeeding, and wanting to try for another baby - but the thing is, I really want to have twins. I have read a lot about how to get pregnant naturally with twins, but I feel like it won't happen for me. Are you able to give me some advice on how I can go about this? After losing my Son, I want another boy - but preferably twins. It sounds selfish of me, but it's something that I really want.
I'm too scared to try any Fertility drugs or treatment as I am exclusively breastfeeding my 7month old baby.

First off sorry for your loss. I can’t imagine losing a child. It has to be the hardest thing in life to recover from.

Second I don’t think wanting twins is selfish at all, so don’t apologize for it. I want to win Powerball. In fact, it’s part of my retirement plan and I am not apologizing for that.

There are a bunch of internet sites on how to increase your chances of having twins. They say most of the things are out of your control but there are some things you can do. I will let you be the judge as to believe them or not.

Hi!

If you've got a history of twins in your or your hubbies family then your chances of having twins is slightly higher. There is precious little you can do to encourage twins. The formation of identical twins takes place after conception, and fraternal requires you to double ovulate.

I am sorry to say that it is just a roll of the dice. Good luck and I am sorry for your loss.
