Hi,my house just went thru aa 'low voltage 'event and now my kitchen light wont work. Could it be the flourescent tubes, ballast, or something else? Thanks for any reply.

I'd replace the tube if there's a new one to find out the problem. If no new tube at home, and the ballast doesn't produce noise like before, I'd replace the ballast.
