Had a hernia surgeon tore my intetines had to stitch the intestine up and every time I use the bathroom I feel constipated and very little come out tonight and area over the surgery was itching BaD I scratched it and it appeared to be a stringy like substance breaking throug my skin HELzp

And you haven't called or visited your doctor about this yet why exactly? That would be the first thing I would have done.
