Despite the label stating for concrete garage floor and resists hot tire pick-up. A car with cold tires still left marks. Carport floor was first pressure cleaned. Allow the paint to dry three days.
See pictures.

I wonder what the auto shop floor uses. It has a shiny finish almost like a varnish. Everything just beads up,

I think garages put on a top coat of thick epoxy-type paint, possibly more than one.
Painting concrete depends mostly on the what's under the concrete (gravel and vapor barrier), and the climate, and ground water, and everything involving moisture and temperature.

I don't know what to say about the tread marks. Perhaps a really hot day out in the sun is enough to melt the tires a bit.

Try WD-40 on the tire tracks--they may come right up.
