Is it possible for a class 6 felony charge of Larceny>200 to be expunged. I work for a Government Contracting Company and will not be able to promote with in the company if the charge stays? Any help will be much appreciated

It's going to depend on which state or country the conviction was in. Or, if in the US, it may be a federal conviction. We can't begin to answer without knowing this information.

Also, it will not help them, assuming this is in the US. If they work for a government contractor, this will be a national security background check. On this, any arrests, (even if not convicted) all convictions, (even if expunged) all show up. And have to be explained.

The expunged will only help for non government work in the private sector.
