Hello,
I recently had a problem with my toilet (I live in a condo). After I flush, the water wouldn't stop and still flowing small amount of water to the toilet. I stopped the water supply and I consulted the plumber and they told us to replace the toilet valve. We replaced the valve and the toilet is working normally now. Never had a flood or excessive water on the ground. However, the unit below us complained that there are stains leakage from our unit directly from the toilet. My question is can a faulty toilet valve cause leakage to the unit below?
