My 7 year old son has bumps all over his body that started on his stomach and are now on his whole body. He has no fever and no sore throat and looks like some of the pictures for German Measles. Should I take him to the ER or the Doctor, or should I just wait and see if it goes away?

Really? It's your son and you're asking strangers in cyberland what you should do? If there's enough concern to ask your question, then there should be enough concern to see the doctor.

This isn't a life or death emergency so please don't tie up the resources of an ER. Please take him to the doctor when the office opens.

If if he hasn't had chickenpox, this may be the case as it usually first appears on the abdomen.
