What will happen if you violate PTI with a l dirty urine at probation in Citrus County Fl? The original charge was felony possession of a controlled substance, and the sentence was 18 months PTI & Western Judicial, with early term & withheld adjudication. Also this is the first conviction bedsides a few disorderly conducts (2010 & 2012) and a DUI (2008) in NYC

The jargon you use doesn't necessarily mean anything to anybody outside of the Citrus Co. criminal law community.

If you were charged with felony possession, but adjudication was withheld, it would appear that you will probably now be prosecuted and, if convicted, sent to jail on the original charge.

It is very possible, that your program will be violated, you will be return to jail (where you may be able to bail out) and have to return to court to be sentenced. This appears to be some sort of drug court or first offender program where you were not formally sentenced. In that, you will not (if they revoke program) give you a formal sentence.

It's up to a judge how hard you get slapped in the head for your probation violation.

It means PTI is thrown out and your prosecution starts all over again. You entered into a contract to perform and you performed badly. You have also shown the court that you will continue to make bad decisions.
