Im not sure If I have to take a ETG test or not. But I am in treatment for a DUI in Washington State. But I will be pushing close to the 80hr mark an drank all month what is your opion that I will pass if giving a ETG test?

If you were drinking heavy, all month, and just stopped for 80 hours, while it is a good chance of passing, the build up, may require longer than 80 hours. The issues will be what levels are passing for the test.

I will be blunt, it appears you are not following the court ordered rules for the DUI, what is the punishment if you are caught drinking. (which can be friends, or someone who gets mad at you, turning you in) that is a common way people get caught.

So why not get help to solve the addiction problem you have? Then you do not have to stress about 80 hours, worry about another DUI and so on.
