Was given a Sears Craftsman Model 315.17321 Planer sometime ago and of course without an Operating Manual... The only Adjustment Knob is at the front , top centre.. There seems to be no parts / blade missing? But tightening the knob doesn't seem to be moving the blade in anyway? Thoughts / Ideas Appreciated.. Cheers Thanks

CRAFTSMAN CRAFTSMAN POWER PLANER Parts | Model 31517321 | Sears PartsDirect (http://www.searspartsdirect.com/model-number/31517321/0247/0734000.html) The manual is no longer available. I would suspect rust or corrosion is binding the plate.
