Have just Assembled an 8' X 6' Metal Shed Mfg. by Arrow Sheds.. The Doors are the Issue.. I assembled the shed with Care and to the letter of the Installation Manuals.. Problem Getting the Doors to slide Open / Closed without Yanking the BeeJeepers out of them.. Have installed & adjusted the Doors to sit flush when closed..

This is is not the First Metal shed we've had so I know the Doors can sometimes be a bit Tricky.. This shed just happens to be the First One we've assembled out of the Box.. lol.. Just looking for Tips or Tricks on making the Doors slide smoother on the Track as one Push / Pulls the Doors.. One needs the Two Handed Approach to find the sweet spot if you will in the process... Thoughts & Ideas Appreciated, Cheers Thanks

Check for obstruction in top rail. Spray wheels with WD40. If this works use lithium grease for a more permanent solution. Will have to clean and redo about once a year.

Thanks... I'll try the Lithium Grease.. There is No Wheels, It's just a U-Shaped Aluminum Track Top / Bottom.. The Top has square plastic blocks with a series of holes so you can adjust for the doors to sit level... The Bottom only has hard plastic U-Shaped Tabs that only face inward... Cheers Thanks...
