I have a coleman evcon model #BRCQ030B A/C unit. Lately it has been getting hot and shutting down. The condenser motor is actually hot to the touch. I was told the condenser motor was bad and replaced it only to have the same thing happen again. What is wrong with it?

Are the condenser coils clean? Does the condenser fan run? Are the evaporator coils clean. Do you have ice forming in the evaporator coils?
