My left foot hurts half way between my toes and the heel on the right side above the arch. It is also very sensitive to any pressure. I had an x-ray done and the result was inconclusice. My doctor said that he cannot do anything. This condition has been going on for more than 3 months. I really do not what to do.

Hi Amerigo and welcome, were I you I'd seek a second opinion. Here is an interesting read Plantar fasciitis Treatments and drugs - Mayo Clinic (http://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/plantar-fasciitis/basics/treatment/con-20025664) . Good luck

I can't see how this could be plantar anything, given that it's above the arch?
It is common to either pinch a nerve in a foot, or to chip a tiny piece of bone, so tiny that it isn't seen on X ray (unless you take a bunch from all angles).
I would see a foot specialist.
I had a chipped bone that hurt for years, but not as bad as yours, I think. Mending has to take place on it's own, with weight off and time and maybe an elastic bandage. Very good shoes and some gel inserts. Whatever comfort and aides you can buy. But WEIGHT OFF mainly, and that's not easy!
I have a friend with pain between toes who finally had some nerves killed. That doesn't always work because there are so many!
