I had sex 3 days after my period and took a morning after pill (postinor2) the next day (36 hours) later, I started bleeding 6 days after that for 3 days. Today is the 4th day and the bleeding (not spotting, fairly heavy) has stopped but I still have a little soreness in my breasts! Please help!!

It sounds like one of the common effects of the "after morning pill" did you not discuss side effects with druggest or at least read the information that comes with the pill. The pill can have effects on your cycle for one to two months, and other side effects.

Also it is not 100 percent effect and becomes less and less effective the longer you wait to take it.

So could you be pregnant, yes, you will have to wait till time for your normal period and see if it comes.

Did you read the pamphlet before taking the morning after pill? It's not just taking the pill and everything is normal okey dokey. It can cause bleeding when it's not expected, it can cause other symptoms as well. Read the pamphlet that should outline the adverse symptoms you may experience when taking this pill.

Bottom line, no form of birth control is 100%. Pregnancy is a possibility any time you have sex, unless you've had a full hysterectomy. So any time penis enters vagina, even if you use every birth control available and take the morning after pill, pregnancy is still possible. That's what sex does. It's what can happen when you have sex.

Your system is out of wack now because of this pill. But pregnancy is still possible. If you miss your next period, test using first morning urine. If it's negative then test again if you miss your next period. If it's positive, you're pregnant.

Don't play adult games until you're ready for the consequences.
