You took week one and not the rest? There wasn't significant amounts of the hormone in your system to prevent ovulation, tighten the cervix, or inhibit implantation. So there is a chance that you're pregnant, but it could also be coming down from the birth control pills. It is really hard to say.
PMS, stomach flu, storms a coming, and a variety of other situations could cause what you're feeling. You should be having your period soon. If you get it, not pregnant, but if you don't get it within two weeks of when it should have started, then I would invest in a pregnancy test taken with the first urine of the day.

ANY time there is penile insertion there is the risk of pregnancy. You can minimize the risk but not eliminate it. You had sex so you could get pregnant! End of story!
So now the question is whether you are pregnant or not. And it's too soon to tell. The symptoms you are experiencing could be from a variety of things but it is very unlikely they are due to pregnancy. The first physical manifestation of pregnancy is a missed period. When is/was your next period due? You should wait a week or two from then to start testing.

Generally, bleeding isn't a sign of pregnancy but since you did not take your birth control, there most certainly is a chance. I faithfully took birth control pills and got pregnant... hell, I had my tubes tied and got pregnant just last month, so believe me when I tell you that sex = pregnancy and sometimes even STD's, so protect yourself!
It's probably too early to experience vomiting due to pregnancy, maybe even too early to test and get an accurate result. Unfortunately, you're at the point of "wait and see." You must also wait to see if you get a period before you start the pill again. Don't take it until your period arrives, in case you really are pregnant.
