Sure, most likely, as long as you stay non drinker.

If the person being tested has not consumed alcohol then they should pass the test. I said should instead of will because there are other forms of alcohol that you may come in contact with that will push you over the edge and cause you to test positive. Food cooked with alcohol, i.e. a white wine sauce or what not, will NOT have all the alcohol burned off, alcohol based hand sanitizers. Personal care/beauty products can contain alcohol as well.

The phrasing of your question seems odd, were you meaning that a normally non-drinker consumed alcohol and then was tested after 72 hours? IT is almost impossible to say at that point. If you're a heavy drinker then it is has been seen that you're more likely to test positive for a longer period then a non-drinker; the EtG/EtS doesn't get eliminated as quickly. That is a generalization and it is completely possible, due your genetics and metabolic profile, you could test positive for longer or not have the EtG/EtS show up at all.

I hope I answer your question based upon the information given.
