My mother wanted to know that every child has its own capabilites and we have to pay more money for the education of some children in private institutes while for some less money in government institutes. So does this any how affect the matter of dividing money after the death of parents such that the child who has had expensive study gets less of the money after the death of the parents? i would prefer the answer according to accurate islamic point of veiw please

It will depend upon the terms of the parents' will.
In the absence of a will, property is divided by what is called "intestacy" statutes in each state (I'm assuming this is in the US). Such statutes, if some or all of the estate goes to the children, don't differentiate according to such things as how much each child's education cost.

As noted, absent of a will, the estate is divided equally among heirs according to local laws. So if an uneven distribution of the estate is wanted, then a will needs to be prepared.
