I took 4 Percocet 10/325 in an 8 hour period. My script says 1 every 4 hours. Problem was they were on my nightstand where I keep pills I'm supposed to take 2 of every 4 hours. Fixed that issue and although I don't feel bad or having any symptoms my wife says it need to check to be sure I didn't od? Oh I've been taking them for 2 weeks, I'm 43 yr old male 6'0" and around 260lbs.

Percocet was my friend during my broken ankle and surgery stage.

Each local area in the US (assumption) has a Poison Control hotline and since they are the professionals you should probably call them. But normally you would be puking, sweating, and be weak.

Not to do this again, or often, but you should be OK.
