My husband is working abroad for 11 yrs of and on (5 yrs in qatar, 3 yrs in saudi and he turns 1 yr in kuwait). For the 1st time he sends money to my daughter without my knowledge of it for 3 months already. My daughter, 16 yrs old, left home few days ago. I'm convinced my husband knew her whereabouts because my allotment stops the moment my daughter was gone.and he refused my plans to have it blottered in the police station. He cited my infidelity that happened 10 yrs ago of which he had chosen to forgive and forget 8 yrs ago as grounds for our daughter's whereabouts. What legal actions can I take against him?

1 - What country are YOU in?
2 - Allotment? What country has a law about what a husband must give a wife? Or is this just a private amount agreed on by the 2 of you?
3 - If your daughter left, file a missing minor child report. I don't get the part about him refusing, and what that has to do with infidelity. Some countries, however, allow a minor to leave home at 16. One of them is England.
None of this makes sense until we know where you are. It would be best to consult a lawyer locally, because the chances that someone on this site will know the law in your country are remote.
Where I am, the US, a parent may take a child away from the other spouse unless there is a court order saying otherwise, but may not be secretive about the location. Since he is hiding her location from you (presumably he knows where she is), then the police report takes precedence. IF 16 isn't the age that she can leave on her own.

First, any question on law needs to include your general local as laws vary by area.
Second, you refer to your husband, not ex. So unless there are court orders dictating support, custody etc. I don't see what charges you can file.
Third, depending on your locale, you daughter may be considered a runaway or may be able to leave on her own.
So without more of a background here, its hard to give any advice.

Divorce or separation, with a request for an order granting custody and child support to the OP (assuming the daughter is still a minor).

OP will need to confirm this, of course, but my guess is that's a voluntary deduction from the husband's pay which was remitted, by the employer, to OP.
