I have a Grohe Atrio faucet handle. It has fallen/been pulled off by one of my kids. I can see a screw inside, but I don't know how to get to the head of the screw.

Show us a picture. Most of the time these screws are set screws and require an Allen wrench.

Hello DenisGreen,

Yep I agree with Harold post a picture will help, if you can see the screw please tell if it is a Phillips head, Allen head or Hex head, Thanks.

Is it cross handle of lever handle ?

Grohe utilizes 2 ways of attaching handles. If the handle has removable button in the middle of cross handle then either try to unscrew it or pop-it out. There you find brass screw that holds handle on the stem.

Or they also use type of handles where the handle is simply pushed onto the stem. There, it snaps onto a plastic tip which holds handle in place. No screws used. If that is the case, grab the handle and pull hard straight away from the stem.

Same goes for lever handles. If you see no button or set screw, handle is simply pushed onto the stem with now screw to hold it in. It removes same way as described above.

Hope that helps
