You will read many stories of success, but then many may be sellers merely telling stories. But under proper procedures it can work, but it also has horror stories of blotched skin, uneven lightening.

If you live in a country where you need a prescription to buy this, and buy it illegally from sellers on the internet, then you are basically buying illegal "drugs" just for skin lightening. So would you trust a drug dealer to be honest and sell only good products and proper mixes each time? (think about it)
