I have what I think is the RO pure 531411 4 Watt's premier water filtration system. I've had it for ages and it works well. Suddenly, the tank simply stopped filling. I changed the red and yellow filters about a month ago and the green and blue today. But still no water is filling. I suspect I need to check the pressure in the tank.

My other question is that the polished stainless steel spout has not been working properly. I've been using it without the green or red light because a new battery no longer does anything. (It used to work fine with a new battery.) And now, the handle on the right is turning too far past where it should stop. Can I purchase a new faucet for the water filter system anywhere? Or do I need to purchase one from Watts? The filter system faucet has a red line, a blue line, and a black line connected to the drain, I think as an air gap function.

So why is tank not filling? And can I buy a new tank faucet anywhere as long as it has the three lines coming out with one that connects to the drain?

Your system is a 4-step filtration system:

1. 5-micron Sediment Pre-Filter traps particulate matter like dirt, rust and silt that will affect the taste and appearance of your water.
2 - 5-micron Carbon Block Pre-Filter reduces chloramines, chlorine as well as unpleasant taste and odors.
3 - RO Membrane removes up to 96 percent of dissolved solids and up to 99.9 percent of cysts, bacteria, and viruses. This step is the heart of the reverse osmosis technology. This 50-gallon per day semi permeable membrane will effectively reduce total dissolved solids (TDS), sodium and a wide range of contaminants such as lead, arsenic, perchlorate, chromium, copper and radium. It will also remove over 99.95 percent of cysts such as Giardia and Cryptosporidium. The larger production membrane of this state of the art system has been designed to reduce nitrates and nitrites from your drinking water.
4 - Carbon Post-Filter for final "polishing" of drinking water

Have you replaced the RO membrane, too ? Some RO systems use "ventrical" membrane. Make sure that membrane is replaced as well.
One more detail: some RO systems use check valves in their system. Make sure if you have one, it is in proper working order. If in any doubt, replace it. They are inexpensive and easy to replace.

Furthermore, if you removed any plastic flexible tubing, make sure you put them back exactly where they were before. Otherwise, the system will not work

And lastly, once you emptied the RO storage tank, it takes at least 24 hours for new tank to fill up. RO system is a very slow filtration process and it takes long time to replenish used water.

As far as the spout goes: Not exactly sure which one you have, but call WATTS and talk to Customer Service Dept. They will know the best what replacement part you need for your spout. Here is their contact info:
