Does anyone know that movie with the whole DNA infection theme? It was cyberpunk the plot was there are these machines that steal peoples dna and people use them to impersonate others but it had a glitch were they would occasionally combine wrong or something and turn them into freaks? The lead character befriended this Asian girl with a brother who was in trouble with the mob and briefly joined the bad guys whose leader was some lady who got mutated and was stuck to the wall and she was just this monster mask of tentacles. They spent a lot of the time searching for the original dna device which was like some kind of wrist device and the protagonist was one of the original researchers.
