I have been married to Portuguese citizens after three years I applied for nationality by submitting all the documents necessary, after up and down they refused my case and they closed it because I don't speak Portuguese and I do contribute to their community wich is fair enough.but the main problem they took me to the court and they sued me on my absence and they ordered me to pay 30000£ wich is absolutely ridiculous.im very distress and I want to take legal action for the harm wich they caused to me.all my crb check are clear and I don't have any bad record.is there any one who could help me as I'm very stress .I want to take them to the European court is it possible?

I can't possibly guess why they are suing you for such a large amount. I can see why they denied your case - you really do sound like you married just to get citizenship.
You need a lawyer. Much too much information is needed.
The lawyer will help mitigate the large amount.
I highly doubt that you will find anyone who will help you sue for distress. 99.999%

You need a lawyer to sort your mess out. You give hardly any details on WHO is suing you,or WHY. Are you even in Portugal?

... . Are you even in Portugal?
OP wrote, in part, that "... they ordered me to pay 30000£ ...".
I doubt that Portuguese courts normally award judgments in pounds sterling, so my guess is that this alleged judgment is from a court in the UK.
