In February I went through 1 cycle of a fertility treatment Clomid, FSH injections, and Ovidrel but yet I still had my regular period February 17-21 and in March 14-17 but, this month my April period is a NO SHOW. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

You've been continuing the fertility treatment, correct? It wasn't just for one month? It can take time, even with fertility treatment, before a pregnancy occurs. Also, sometimes the treatment needs to be adjusted for a few cycles; and it is important to remember that even with the fertility treatment that you are undergoing, pregnancy is not a guarantee.

If you've been receiving monthly treatment, give it a bit more time, and if still no period, see your doctor and try a pregnancy test.
