Old thermostat with the wire on. New thermostat with no wire. Which wires goes where on the new one?

I have tried:
C > Blue
G > Green
Y > Yellow
W > White
R > Red

Only the heater works. But when on "cool" only the blower is blowing, No cold air.
But I install the old thermostat all works fine. Does the blue need to go somewhere else?

Blue wire goes on O/B, white wire goes on AUX and jumpered to E. Yellow goes on Y. Green goes on G. You will need to set up stat for Heat Pump.
