See, basicity is the term linked with acids.
The acids have the tendency to release hydronium ions i.e H+ ions in water. After releasing the hydronium ions, the acid becomes a base which we generally call as conjugate base of an acid.
Now, alkalinity is the term related to bases. The bases which can dissolve in water and release OH- ions (hydroxide ions) are called alkaline substances.

kreysiz... you have broken the site rules with EVERY post you have made so far.

#1. We DO NOT do peoples homework assignments unless they have FIRST shown us their work and what they thing the answer is. Then we help then find the answer... we do not hand it to them.
