Im 18 weeks pregnant with my 5th child and I still haven't felt any movement yet. Should I be concerned? With my other children I felt them fairly early I think

Most women don't feel movement until their 20th week at the earliest. It can depend on a lot of factors. First, you may not be as far along as you believe, it's a guessing game and can be off as much as 2 weeks either way, so you could very well only be 16 weeks along, which is early to feel movement.

Second, it can also depend on your weight, and how you're carrying the baby. If you're overweight you may not feel movement as early as others because of the weight.

At 18 weeks you should have had a doppler to hear the heartbeat. If your doctor isn't concerned, you shouldn't be either. If you are concerned then you really should discuss this with your OBGYN.

Congrats and good luck.

While often women will notice the flutters and such of early movement sooner in subsequent pregnancies, they may not due to the reasons Alty stated, baby position, your size, location of the placenta can all play a role for example.

Wishing you a smooth remainder of your pregnancy!
