The laptop sounds and looks like it is powering up, but the screen remains blank. Two of the lights on the front are yellow, but not blinking, and one light is still green. Any help or information would be appreciated!

1) Unplug the power cord --> Remove the battery --> Hold the power button for 60 seconds --> Connect the power supply then try to switch ON the laptop and
Later put the battery back into the laptop.
