Do you mean is it by Adolph hitler ? Who knows. He was a bit of an Artist but to ask if this is by him is grasping at straws. Of course if you could find out how he signed, then that would be conclusive.

I have looked at how Adolph Hitler signed his work and he signed in so many ways hens the question. Thanks all the same.
